It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecile Soucy (Wolcott, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Percy J. Soucy; her parents, Alfred Lacombe and Aldea Lacombe (Gelinas); her brothers, Maurice, Raymond and Charles Lacombe; her nephews, Mark and Allan Lacombe; her niece Patricia Lacombe; and her sisters-in-law, Doris and Rita Lacombe.
She is survived by: her siblings, Roger Lacombe, Rene Lacombe (Lina), Lillian Orzell and Irene Lacombe; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Soucy, Claude Soucy, Carolyn Lacombe, Sylvia Uszakiewics, Rita FitzSimmons and Kathleen Nardello. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Woodtick Memorial (420 Woodtick Rd, Wolcott, CT 06716). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Leo the Great Church (14 Bentwood Dr, Waterbury, CT 06705).
