She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alvin; her brother Timothy Cooke; her grandchildren, Kimberly Payne, Christina Allen, Justin Gauvin, Andrew Gauvin, Owen Gauvin, David Carter Jr. and Jessica Carter; her great grandchildren, Ariana, Aiden, Hailey, Caleb, Karson, Wyatt and Blaine; and her nephews, Tim and Adam. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
