He was predeceased by: his nephew Thomas Nappi. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony J. Bonacassio Sr. (Judith) and Carol Bournival; his siblings, James Bonacassio and Teri Bonacassio; his niece Tierra Bonacassio; and his half-siblings, Nikki DeLeo and Nick DeLeo.
