She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander "Al" J. Konavaluk; her parents, Nicola Velardo and Alice Velardo (Campobasso); and her siblings, Joseph, Nicholas, Robert Velardo and Alyce Tedesco.

She is survived by: her sister Barbara Dessereaux Bouchard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
