She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Picard and Julia Picard (Gouthier); and her brothers, Walter Picard, Sr. and Raymond E. Picard of Winsted. She is survived by: her husband John Burinskas; her grandson Will Toczylowski; her siblings, Lorraine Hall of Torrington, Cecile Conway (George) and Roland Picard (JoAnne) of Torrington; and her sister-in-law Marion Picard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
