He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Passini and Sarah Passini (Russell); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Fiske and James O'Meara. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Fiske of Barkhamsted, Robert Passini (Pat) of Norfolk, Peggy Boscarino (Jim) of Torrington, Ruth Lallier (Mario) of Winsted and Laureen Pease (Charlie) of Sandisfield, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Vietnam Veterans.
