We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2020, at the age of 84, Shirley A. Volpe (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bailey and Elsie Bailey (Opley); her son Anthony Volpe (Barbara); her former husband Pasquale "Pat" Volpe, Jr.; and her siblings, Allan Bailey, Lawrence Bailey, Gerald Bailey, Loretta Campo, Betty Villa and Eleanor Fors.

She is survived by: her daughter Rosemarie Santucci (Chuck) of Winsted. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her cherished pets.
