He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Cote; his grandfather Dominic Testa; and his half-sister Valerie Shafer. He is survived by: his parent Sharon Testa; his sister Jessica Fassel; his husband Christian; his brothers, Joshua Hunt and Jeremy Hunt; his half-siblings, Cheri Cote, Tammy Gulyas, Michelle Steele and Marc Cote; and his grandmother Grace Testa. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
