It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger W. Moore (Winsted, Connecticut), who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger W. Moore to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Moore and Carolyn Moore (Crossley); his siblings, Richard, Terry Moore and Valerie August; and his pets, Susie and Tuffy.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore (Chamberlain); his daughters, Robin Bardino and Annette VanDeusen (Paul Taylor); his grandchildren, Tim Bardino (Katie), Molly VanDeusen (Andrew Gordan), Amy Bardino, Cory Bardino (Lauren Stadler) and Samuel VanDeusen; his great grandchildren, Emmie Bardino and Jackson Gordan; and his pets, Heidi and Scaly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests no flowers and donations be made in his name to: The Special Olympics and or The Elks of Winsted No 844.

“The first time we met Roger was at the Elks when we became members. He welcomed Dave and I with open arms. He really made us feel like we were "Elk family".
