Richard D. Phelps Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard D. Phelps (Winsted, Connecticut). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. "Whitey" Phelps and Patricia Phelps (Caine); and his sister Pamela Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phelps (Weed); his sons, Scott Phelps (Lori Trovato), Richard J. Phelps (Meredyth Derochick) and Adam Phelps (Karen Bishop); his brother Robert Phelps of Torrington, CT; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Garrett, Noah, Rylee, Heaven, Jacob, Gavyn and Aaliyah Phelps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
