He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Winn and Barbara Winn (MacKinnon); and his brother Peter T. Winn. He is survived by: his children, Shelby Aakjar (Cody) of Winsted and Ryan Winn of Winsted; his stepdaughter Shannon Emilia; his stepgranddaughter Rachel Peterson of Burlington; the mother of his children Sharon Winn of Winsted; and his siblings, Gerald Winn of Winsted, Robert Winn (Noelle) of Winsted Thomas, Barbara Cameron (Bruce), Catherine Aldridge (Duane), Paul Winn (Lynn) of Winsted, Mary Misiorski (Michael) of New Hartford, Martha Murphy of Torrington, Terrence (Donna) of Winsted, Dennis Winn (Toni) of Colebrook and Michael Winn (Denise) of Winsted. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 4 – 7 PM; following CDC guidelines for Covid prevention.
