Neal; his children, Trisha Royer (Joseph) of Torrington, Forrest Neal of Torrington and Mariah Neal of Torrington; his siblings, David Neal of Unionville and Dianne Pixley (Steven) of Winsted; his niece Tanya Lucia (Jason) of Torrington; and his nephews, Timothy Hoffman of Winsted, William Hoffman (Kim) of Winsted and Christopher Neal.
