It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Wallace Hazen Jr. (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Hazen, Sr. and Mary Hazen (Tracey); and his granddaughter Kassidy Anne. He is survived by: his wife Valerie M. Hazen (Carlson); his grandson Sean M. Hazen; his siblings, Marcia Woulfe, Richard Hazen, Catherine Taft (Frederick), Robert Hazen (Karen) and Raymond Hazen; his friend Ines Hazen; and also Lindsay West. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Ralph's family requests in lieu of flowers, a donation if you wish, to the Colebrook Forge Volunteer Fire Department, 300 Colebrook River Road, Colebrook, CT 06021.
