Norman Decker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Decker (Winsted, Connecticut), who passed away on April 22, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Decker and Alice Decker (Lalime); and his sister Margaret L. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Deb" Decker (Belle Isle); his son Shawn K. Decker (Dana) of East Hampton, CT; his grandchildren, Preston Decker and Virginia Margaret Decker; and his brothers, Harold Decker II of Winsted and Eugene Lalime of Torrington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
