He was predeceased by: his sister Rhonda Jean Bookland. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Bookland and Beverly Bookland (Warden) of Georgia; his partner Casey Lynn Colon of Torrington; his children, Wesley Bookland of Canada, Bailey Bookland of Canada, Kaylee Bookland of Canada, Nemiley Bookland of Canada, Payton Bookland of Colchester and Michael "Mikey" Colon-Bookland of Torrington; and his sister Charlotte Drummond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
