It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John O'Meara Jr. (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Bridget O'Meara (Canny); his parents, John O'Meara, Sr. and Nora O'Meara (Hunt); and his brother Peter O'Meara. He is survived by: his children, John Clark O'Meara of Willimantic and Mary Chaffee of East Otis, MA; his brothers, Thomas O'Meara (Mary) and James O'Meara; his sister-in-law Celina O'Meara; his grandchildren, Jason Daniel Chaffee, Erin Chaffee Edwards, Adam J. Chaffee and Paige O'Meara; and his great grandchildren, Nya Marie Chaffee, Alyssa Chaffee, Daniel Chaffee, Atticus Chaffee and Emmeline Chaffee.
