He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald and Jean Theresa Evanko (Pisco). He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy J. Weatherford (Warren), Dawn Carmichael (Jason), Shayne Evanko of New London, Erik Heisler, David Evanko, Jeff Heisler and Brian Evanko of Danbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
