She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hazlehurst and Evelyn Hazlehurst. She is survived by: her sisters, Cyndy Ostrout of Enfield and Sharon Brettschneider (Bruce) of Steuben, ME; her daughters, Jennifer Bailey of Torrington and Diana Collins (John) of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, Katie Gustafson, Joe Patnoe (Hollie), Tim Patnoe, Liam Collins and Michaela Collins; her great grandchildren, Jazlyn, Brayden, Benjamin, Emma and Lyanna; and her close friend Woody Woodmansee.
