He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Boutin and Helen Boutin (Finn); and his sister Patricia Boutin. He is survived by: his wife Marie Boutin (Battistoni); his daughters, Jaclyn Boutin (B. Lytle) and Marcie Boutin; and his brother Jack Boutin (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
