He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Barber of Winsted, James Barber III of Winsted, Connie Barber of Winsted and Lynette Bell (Michael) of Hodgdon, ME; his siblings, Joseph Te of Torrington and Frances Pescatore of Torrington; his grandchildren, Adam (Ashley), Jeremy (Eleanore), Caleb (Megan), Justin, James, Brittany and Haley (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Wes, Lilah, Phoebe, Michael, Katelyn, Charlotte and Violet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
