He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jackson (Bridges); his children, Nathaniel Jackson (Jennifer) of North Carolina, Amoreena Shoonmaker (Bobby Willis) of New Hampshire, Seth Jackson of Torrington, Levi Jackson (Lindsay) of North Carolina, Evan Jackson of Winsted and Molly Jackson of Winsted; his stepchildren, Heather Smith (Michelle) of Thomaston and Robert Smith of Torrington; his grandchildren, Logan, Conner, Shayla, Kiera, Riley Jackson of North Carolina, Emaline Shoonmaker, Isabella Willis of New Hampshire, Reid, Emmy Jackson of North Carolina and Tessa Smith of Thomaston; his sisters, Diane Treskloasky, Veronica Holderman of Pennsylvania and Sally Rygula of Wisconsin; and his mother-in-law Linda Withee of Winsted.
The military honors was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Montano-Shea Funeral Home (922 Main St, Winsted, CT 06098).
