She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. "Pups" LaPierre, Sr.; her parents, Philippe Lagueux and Alma Lagueux (Plante); and her siblings, Blandine Gagne (William), Louis Philippe Lagueux (Madeleine), Marguerite Deblois (Herman), Therese Masse (Louis), Marie-Paule Robert (Louis Philippe), Rachel Lagueux, Isabelle Doyon (Joseph), Emmanuel Lagueux (Claire), Herve Lagueux and Jean-Marc Lagueux.

She is survived by: her children, Robert LaPierre, Jr. (Wendy) of Farmington, Mary Ann Lynn Sabia (Michael) of New Hartford, Kathy LaPierre-Escobar (Carlos) of The Woodlands, TX and Patsy LaPierre of Clearwater, FL; her grandchildren, Michelle Carter-Craine (Daniel) of The Woodlands, TX, Danielle Witte (Mikey) of Terryville, CT, Ashley LaPierre (Andrew Nielsen) of Washington Crossing, PA and Grant LaPierre (Stephanie) of Boston, MA; her great grandchildren, Layla, Carter Craine and Atlas Nielsen; her sister Lucille Vachon (Jean-Baptiste) of Canada; and her sisters-in-law, Jeannine LaPierre (Ange-Aime), Gisele LaPierre, Marie-Ange LaPierre, Huguette LaPierre, Flore Lagueux and Therese Lagueux. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Friends may call on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted from 9 – 10:30 AM; following CDC guidelines for social distancing and masks required.
