With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helene Sweeney of Winsted, Connecticut, born in Lee, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Helene left this world on August 25, 2024 at the age of 100, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Michael, Louis, Dominic, Lucy, Mary, Angelina, Carmella and Nanette; and her husband Eugene Sweeney of Joseph's Cemetery.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Droste (Ralph) and Loretta English (Jim); her granddaughters, Donna Rogers (Bill) and Gail Valigorsky (Steve); her great grandchildren, William, Julia Rogers, Ben and Brian Valigorsky; and her siblings, Joe Coco and Claire St. Peter.
