He was predeceased by: his wife Marion L. Kelley; his siblings, Richard, Eleanor (Dodge), William and Clifford; and his parents, Harold Kelley and Eleanor Kelley (Dodge).
He is survived by: his sons, Michael S. Kelley (Pranoti M. Asher), Jonathan S. Kelley (Tana McClanahan) and Darryl P. Kelley; his grandchildren, Dana Kelley, Shelby Kelley and Tia Quenneville; and his siblings, Austin, Patricia (Cappabianca), Thomas, Joan (Tully), Terrance, Kathleen (Quick), Sharon (Rich) and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
