It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gilda Bongiovanni (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leborio Fasciano and Palma Fasciano (DiGioacchino); her husband Salvo Bongiovanni; her son Carmine; her daughter-in-law Barbara Bongiovanni; and her siblings, Leo, Phil, Joe Fasciano and Mary Calabrese.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Marie Alfano and Sallyann Wesolowski (John); her grandchildren, Vincent Bongiovanni (Karla), Michele Bushey, Richard Bushey III (Tracey), Brandy Blische (Duane) and Jeremiah Bushey (Heather); her great grandchildren, Vito Bongiovanni, Michael Humphrey, Marissa, Jacob, Nicholas Knight, Richard Bushey IV, Brittany, Nathan, Duane, Curtiss, Morgan, Makenna Blische, Grace, Jeremiah, Jr. and Raegan Bushey; and her great great grandchildren, Jameson Michaud, Samson Humphrey, Madaline Blische, Nia and Beau Brown.
