It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank E. Rosseter of Winsted, Connecticut, born in Lakeville, Connecticut, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his close friend Jeannette Jakubiak (Jan); his parents, Reuben Rosseter and Catherine Rosseter (Pettee); his brothers, Myron and James Rosseter; and his son Alan Rosseter.
He is survived by: his sister Rosemary Mordasky (John) of Stafford Springs; and his daughter Cindi Guidon of Salem, NY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren all of NYS and many nieces and nephews.
