With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Nelligan (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on August 24, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Joan A. Nelligan; his children, Kevin F. Nelligan (Peg) of Colebrook, Kate Nelligan of Glastonbury, Sean Nelligan of Uxbridge and Eileen Carpenter; and his son-in-law Skip Carpenter of Plymouth, CT..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to St. Anthony School, 32 Oak Street, Winsted, CT 06098.
