He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Pettit, Sr. and Jeanne Pettit (Congdon). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pettit (Fancher); his children, Elizabeth McLaurine (Doug) and Jason Pettit (Jessica); his grandchildren, Bailey, Sam, Cal McLaurine, Aiden and Rhys Pettit; and his siblings, James Pettit (Catherine), Jeanne Fox (Justin) and Ann Boucher (Peter). He is also survived by 2 aunts, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
