He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzwood C. Minard and Marie Minard (Terry); and his sisters, Linda Hubbard, Patty Hubbard and Debbie Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Minard (Lopes); his children, Jake A. Minard (Victoria) of Southington and Jocelyn Minard of Winsted; his granddaughters, Grace and Isabella Minard of Southington; and his sisters, Betty Bishop of Torrington and Sandy McCullough of Torrington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
