With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean George Green of Winsted, Connecticut, who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dean George Green to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Shirley Canty Green. He is survived by: his children, Lad Green (Robbie) of Pleasant Valley and Las Green of New Milford; his stepchildren, Sherry Connell (Michael) and Steven Canty (Julie) of Winsted; and his friend Ruth Roden. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Friends may call on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Montano Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main St., Winsted from 4 – 6 PM; following the CDC guidelines for social distancing, masks required, only allowing small amount of people in to see the family at a time and if you are not feeling well please stay home.
He was an amazing journeyman, everything from foundation to turn key carpentry.
