He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Cooper and Edna Cooper (Blakeslee); and his son Kevin Charles Cooper. He is survived by: his spouse Francis Cooper (Fratini); his sister Esther Rebillard (Cooper) of Torrington; and his brother-in-law John Fratini (Beverly) of Winsted. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
