It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Correnti of Winsted, Connecticut, born in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Corrrenti; her parents, Frederick Shandra and Petrina Shandra (Salvo); her daughter Jo-Ellen Correnti; and her brothers, James, Michael and Joseph "Jake" Shandra.

She is survived by: her children, Salvatore Correnti of Tolland, MA, Frederick Correnti (Cyndi), Carole Swanson (Walter) of Barkhamsted and Cynthia Bardino of Winsted; and her sister-in-law Fran Shandra of Winsted. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St. Joseph Church, 31 Oak Street, Winsted, CT 06098 and/or a charity of the donor's choice.
