With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Candace Richard of Winsted, Connecticut, born in Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on May 11, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth White and Diane White (Robertson); and her siblings, Jack Arnold and Patricia Canty. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Richard; her nieces, Amanda Richardson of Winsted and Robin Arnold; her brother Thomas Arnold (Barbara); her niece April Martinez (Lebrado); and her nephews, Allan Canty, Jr. (Melissa) of Beacon Falls and Nathan Arnold (Terri). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
