He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald and Jean Theresa Evanko (Pisco); and his brother John Joseph Evanko. He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Evanko (Erica) and Dylan Evanko; his grandson Atlas Evanko; and his siblings, Peggy J. Weatherford (Warren), Dawn Carmichael (Jason), Shayne Evanko of New London, Erik Heisler, David Evanko and Jeff Heisler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
