She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rategan and Alice Rategan (Donne). She is survived by: her daughter Diane Kirsch (Scott) of Winsted; her grandchildren, Rebeccah Kirsch of Winsted and Zachary Kirsch of Winsted; and her sister Judy Blass of Torrington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
