It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Dimartino of Winsted, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Scheidel and Agnes Scheidel (Moriarty); and her siblings, Raymond Scheidel, Leo Scheidel, Gerald Scheidel, Jean Kramer, Mary Orie and Norma Scheidel.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Ransom (George), Deborah Perry (Thomas), Doreen Alicea (Alex), Donald DiMartino (Cathy) and David DiMartino; her grandchildren, Todd Ransom (Heather), Darren Ransom, Michael Ransom (Jennifer), Justin Root (Melissa), Cody Stone (April), Cassidy and Colin Stone; her great grandchildren, Derek, Kaylee Ransom, Grace Guerrera, Scarlet and Lincoln Stone; her sister Eleanor Brazee of Deltona Florida; and her sister-in-law Alice Scheidel.
