It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert John Murelli Sr. (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesare "Jerry" Murelli and Emilia "Millie" Murelli (Mazzochi); and his siblings, Clara Shaia, Rose Waldron, Mary Dablain, Irma Seitz, Joseph, Peter, Louis, John and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Joan P. Murelli (Wolfe); his children, Albert Murelli Jr. (Vel), Melissa Stajos (Bill) and Ronald Murelli (Teri); his grandchildren, Dawn Deal, Michael Murelli, Sheena Gaskell, Ayla Fairchild and Jennifer Malentacchi; and his great grandchildren, Domenick, Erika Lupinacci, Alexander, Zachary Fairchild, Taylor and Morgan Deal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
