It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas V. Hickey of Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 11, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hickey and Mary Hickey (Glynn); and his brother David Hickey. He is survived by: his siblings, Herbert Hickey (JoAnne) of Crossville, TN, Mary Torza (Bob Claffey) of Windsor and Charlie Hickey (Dorene) of Windsor; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Fawell, Nora Miller, Justin Hickey, Joe Hickey, Christina Knauber, Ryan Hickey and Caitlin Morris.
