With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Lee McKnight (Windsor, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on August 3, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebenezer Rowley and Blanche McKnight Rowley (Booker); his stepfather Charles Rowley; and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Ebenezer McKnight, Jr. and Vernell McKnight.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Denise McKnight of Manchester and Dawn Marie Yarbrough (Nathaniel) of Graham, NC; his granddaughters, Jiah Mne Baldwin of Graham, NC and Natalie Marie Yarbrough of Graham, NC; his sisters, Geraldine Berry of Bridgeport and Charlene Williams of Windsor; his sisters-in-law, Bessie McKnight of Philadelphia, PA and Gaea McKnight of Bloomfield; his aunt Beverly Tucker of Hartford; and his nephew Kenneth Sutton of Boston, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
