He was predeceased by: his wife Carmela "Millie" Leiper (Baglieri); his parents, Charles Leiper and Anna Leiper; his children, Roberta Kalva and George Leiper; his grandson Alexander Leiper; and his siblings, Charles Leiper, Thomas "Tim" Leiper, Mary Colbert and Ralph Leiper.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Sun (Eric) and Edward Leiper (Patricia); his grandchildren, Bret Kalva (Denise), Jaclyn Kalva, Nathan Kalva and Christopher Leiper; and his great grandchild Brooke Kalva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
