He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Howard (Curry). He is survived by: his father Warren G. Howard; his wife Pam (Landry); his children, April C. Howard (Ilan Fridman) of Delray Beach, FL and Allen C. Howard (Deborah) of Windsor; his grandson Allen C. Howard, Jr. of Windsor Locks; his siblings, Genie O'Donnell (Paul) of Aquinnah, MA, Carol Staskiewicz (Paul) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Peter Howard of Colchester; and his parents-in-law, Becky, Craig Landry and Barbara Landry. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
