It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Jason Jenkins (Windsor, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Jenkins and Effie Jenkins. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Davis; his stepmother Cheryl Opesso (Oliver); his siblings, Elliott Billington, Russell Jenkins (Sharon), Fred Jenkins (Irene) of Hartford, CT., Toniko Noland (Nikki) of Pines, AL., Torona Opesso-Smith (Kelly) of Windsor, CT. and Mattie Louise Hall of Hartford, CT.; his stepdaughter Linda Bowen; and his aunts, Mary Jenkins Chamber of Smithville, GA., Francis Mackie-White and Annie Mae Brandon of Hartford, CT.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
