He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Davey and Madeline Davey (Desilet); his brother Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Paul and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Kelley-Davey (Winiarski); his son Richard T. Davey of Florida; his stepson Michael Kelley (Anna); his stepgranddaughter Eva of Hartford; his sisters-in-law, Ginett and Susan; and his cousins, Hal, Nancy, John, Roni, Cindy, Don, Jeanie and Rick.
