With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. Bowman (Windsor, Connecticut), born in Oxford, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 10, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Birtwell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bowman (Magdefrau); his son Craig Bowman (Tracy); his grandchildren, Emily of Ellington and Kevin Bowman; and his great grandchild Adam of Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
