He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Buck and Marjorie Ribaudo (Burke); his wife Sue Buck (Tozier); his son-in-law Mike Griffin; his brothers-in-law, Brian Sikes and Steven Tozier; and his stepfather Anthony Ribaudo.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Griffin, Suzanne Buck and Sally Levine (Steven); his siblings, Edward Buck (Karen) and Kathleen "Sis" Sikes; and his friends, Dave Ingraham, Roy Nash and Joe Ciriello. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

As a lifelong Red Sox fan, the family requests donations to The Jimmy Fund in Richard's memory.
