He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocile Blocker and Eva Blocker (Mitchell); his wife Beverly Blocker (Mendes); and his siblings, Mary Blocker Morgan, Ocell, Fitzpatrick, Frederick and Franklin Blocker.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole L. Shaw (Merrick) of Windsor and Christopher Blocker (Valerie) of Stockbridge, GA; his granddaughter Shiloh Blocker; his siblings, Patricia Blocker Blatch and Steven Blocker (Jennifer); and his caregiver David Awofadeju. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
