He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Folta and Christine Keller Folta. He is survived by: his sister Susan Chagnon (Carl "Ki" Chagnon); his former wife Rosemarie Folta; his daughter Amy Folta; his stepdaughter Shelly Quirk; his grandson Michael J. Quirk; and his sister-in-law Lucile Folta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
