She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Flanagan; her parents, Joseph Hadden and Mary Hadden (O'Brien); her son Thomas Flanagan; and her siblings, Gertrude Tamagni, Frederick Hadden, Mildred Hamilton and Virginia Morrison.
She is survived by: her daughter Eileen Kolakowski of Windsor; and her grandsons, Kevin Kolakowski (Charla) of Lynnfield, MA, Michael of Windsor and Jonathan Kolakowski of Windsor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
