She is survived by: her husband Herbert Higgins; her children, Phillip Higgins (Dana) of Windsor, Stephen Higgins (Aldeth) of Bloomfield and Sharon Higgins of Redondo Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Officer Kyle Higgins, Amanda Higgins, Sean Higgins of Windsor, Tyler Higgins of Queens, NY, Ryan Higgins of Bloomfield and Jasmine Owens (Jordan Owens); her sister Juanita Douglas of Hartford; her sisters-in-law, Alma Walker of Atlanta, GA, Madge Walker of Morant Bay and Jamaica; her cousins, Madge Baugh of Birmingham, England and Gladys Walker of Hartford; and her nieces and nephews, Janice Walker-Grant (Barrington) of Windsor, Nadeen Townsend (Cedric) of Windsor, Karren Walker of Houston, TX, Alister Walker of Bloomfield, Clinton Walker (Donna) of Kingston, Jamaica of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Collin Walker (Monique) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kimesha Walker of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Tiesha Kong (Phillip) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Michelle McLeod of Miami, FL, Fidel Walker of Birmingham, England of Miami, FL, Cavelle Walker of Miami, FL and Carlene Walker of Miami, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
