With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michele Chartier Heft of Windsor, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gerard and Evelyn Muriel Chartier (McDonnell); and her brother James "Jimmy" Chartier. She is survived by: her husband Donald Heft; her stepdaughters, Lindsay Hartzog and Stephanie Rose (Nick); her nieces, Kalie Chartier and Jennie Meere (Brian); and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Gavin Hartzog, Sam, Nicky, Cammie, Kendall Rose, Kai and Levi Fantasia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org), St. Jude.
